ZENN | 服務條款 Terms of Service

1. 服務性質

ZENN（下稱「本服務」）提供以中華傳統八字命理與相關體系為基礎、結合 AI 技術生成的排盤與解讀內容。本服務內容屬自我探索、文化研究與娛樂參考性質，不構成醫療、法律、財務、投資或心理專業意見。任何重大人生決定，請諮詢合格專業人士。

2. 帳號與資格

使用完整功能需註冊帳號（Email 或 Google 登入）。你應提供正確資訊並妥善保管帳號。未滿 18 歲者應在法定代理人同意與陪同下使用本服務。

3. 點數制度

付費功能（如 AI 命書）以「點數」兌換。點數為本服務內的虛擬權益：不可轉讓、不可兌換現金；未使用點數無使用期限（如未來調整將提前 30 天通知）。新用戶體驗點數為贈與性質，不適用退款。

4. 付款

付款由我們的交易服務商 Paddle（Merchant of Record）處理，Paddle 為交易的名義賣方，負責處理付款、稅務與發票。價格以結帳頁顯示為準。退款規則見〈退款政策〉。

5. 使用規範

你同意不得：以自動化方式濫用或攻擊本服務；轉售、爬取或大量複製本服務內容；上傳非法內容；侵害他人隱私（如未經同意排他人之盤並公開）。違反者我們得暫停或終止帳號。

6. 智慧財產權

本服務之介面、演算法、文案與生成內容之編排均受著作權保護。你就自己付費取得的報告享有個人非商業用途之使用權；未經書面同意不得公開轉載全文或用於商業用途。

7. 免責聲明與責任限制

本服務按「現狀」提供，不保證解讀之準確性、完整性或適用性。於法律允許之最大範圍內，我們對於因使用本服務所生之任何間接、附隨或衍生損害不負賠償責任；直接損害之賠償上限為你於爭議發生前 12 個月內支付予本服務之金額。

8. 服務變更與終止

我們得調整、暫停或終止部分或全部服務；重大變更將於網站公告。若服務永久終止，未使用之已購點數將依〈退款政策〉處理。

9. 準據法與管轄

本條款以中華民國（臺灣）法律為準據法，因本條款所生爭議以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。消費者保護法之強制規定不受本條款限制。

Terms of Service (English)

1. Nature of Service. ZENN provides Bazi (Four Pillars) chart calculation and AI-generated interpretive content for self-discovery, cultural and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute medical, legal, financial, investment, or psychological advice. Consult qualified professionals for major decisions.

2. Accounts. Full features require an account (Email or Google). Provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Users under 18 require guardian consent.

3. Credits. Paid features are redeemed with credits. Credits are virtual entitlements: non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash; unused credits do not expire (30 days' notice will be given if this changes). Complimentary starter credits are a gift and non-refundable.

4. Payments. Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, responsible for payment processing, taxes and invoicing. See our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use. No automated abuse, scraping, resale, unlawful content, or violating others' privacy (e.g., publicly posting someone's chart without consent).

6. Intellectual Property. You receive a personal, non-commercial license to reports you purchase. Republishing or commercial use requires written consent.

7. Disclaimer & Liability. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or fitness. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes. We may modify or discontinue the service with notice; unused purchased credits will be handled per the Refund Policy upon permanent shutdown.

9. Governing Law. Laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.); first-instance jurisdiction: Taipei District Court. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
