ZENN | 隱私權政策 Privacy Policy

1. 我們蒐集什麼

（a）帳號資料：Email、登入方式（Email OTP 或 Google）。（b）命理輸入資料：出生日期、時間、出生地、性別——這是提供排盤服務的必要資料，屬敏感個人資訊，我們以最小必要原則處理。（c）服務資料：點數紀錄、生成的報告內容、API 用量。（d）技術資料：以隱私友善方式蒐集的匿名流量統計（不做跨站追蹤、不建立廣告輪廓）。

2. 我們如何使用

僅用於：提供排盤與 AI 解讀服務、管理帳號與點數、客服、服務改善與安全防護。我們不出售你的個人資料，也不用於第三方廣告。

3. 資料的處理者（我們使用的服務）

為提供服務，資料會經由以下受託處理者處理：Supabase（帳號與資料庫，主機位於新加坡）、Google Gemini API（AI 報告生成——你的命盤資料會傳送給該 API 處理；依 Google 付費 API 條款，資料不用於模型訓練）、Render（應用程式主機）、Paddle（付款處理，我們不經手也不儲存你的信用卡資料）。

4. 保存期限

帳號資料與報告於帳號存續期間保存。你刪除帳號後，我們將於 30 天內刪除可識別之個人資料（法律要求保存之交易紀錄除外）。

5. 你的權利

依個人資料保護法及（適用時）GDPR，你得請求：查詢、閱覽、複製、更正、停止處理或刪除你的個人資料。來信 support@zennbazi.com 即可行使，我們於 30 天內回覆。

6. Cookie 與本機儲存

我們僅使用維持登入狀態所必要之技術（如 token 儲存於你的瀏覽器本機），以及不含跨站追蹤的匿名統計。無廣告 cookie。

7. 資料安全

傳輸一律 HTTPS 加密；資料庫存取採列級權限控管（RLS）；金鑰與機密僅存於伺服器端。惟網路傳輸無法保證絕對安全，若發生重大資料事故，我們將依法通知。

8. 兒童

本服務不以未滿 13 歲兒童為對象，亦不會故意蒐集其資料。

9. 政策變更

重大變更將於本頁公告並更新日期；繼續使用即視為同意更新後之政策。

Privacy Policy (English)

1. Data we collect. (a) Account: email, sign-in method (Email OTP / Google). (b) Astrological inputs: birth date, time, birthplace, gender — required to render your chart and treated as sensitive data under data-minimization principles. (c) Service data: credit history, generated reports, API usage. (d) Technical: privacy-friendly, anonymous analytics (no cross-site tracking, no ad profiling).

2. How we use it. Solely to provide chart/AI reading services, manage accounts and credits, support, improvement and security. We never sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

3. Processors. Supabase (auth & database, hosted in Singapore), Google Gemini API (AI generation — your chart data is sent for processing; per Google's paid API terms it is not used for model training), Render (hosting), Paddle (payments — we never touch or store your card details).

4. Retention. Data is kept while your account exists; upon deletion we erase identifiable data within 30 days (except transaction records required by law).

5. Your rights. Under Taiwan's PDPA and, where applicable, GDPR: access, copy, rectify, restrict, or delete your data — email support@zennbazi.com; we respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies. Only what is necessary to keep you signed in, plus anonymous analytics without cross-site tracking. No advertising cookies.

7. Security. HTTPS everywhere; row-level security on the database; secrets kept server-side only. We will notify you of material breaches as required by law.

8. Children. Not directed to children under 13.

9. Changes. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
